The calcium requirement in the blood of cattle increases rapidly when clamps. If the animal itself cannot meet this calcium requirement quickly enough, the risk of milk disease increases sharply. The unique Calcium Boost Bolus supports the calcium balance during and after calving.

The Calcium Boost Bolus contains two forms of calcium. These each have a different uptake speed in the animal, so that calcium needs are met for a longer period of time. The total calcium content is 45g (calcium formate and calcium acetate). The bolus also contains vitamin D3, which supports calcium absorption from the intestines.

Not irritating to the rumen or mucous membranes ideal for use with older cows.

Administration
1-4 weeks before calving. In the case of calcium deficiency 1 bolus. Repeat if necessary after 8 hours. Stop administration from calving.
